I’ve been working in Toronto real estate for more than a decade, helping people buy and sell everything from condos and character homes to higher-end properties across the city.

My approach is pretty simple. I try to give people clear, candid advice without adding pressure to the process. That means being thoughtful about pricing, paying attention to the details that affect value and presentation, marketing a property properly, and being straightforward when something doesn’t make sense.

I know Toronto well and I genuinely enjoy the differences between its neighbourhoods, buildings, architecture, and homes. A big part of the job for me is understanding not only what something is worth, but why one property or location may be a better fit than another.

 

Outside of real estate, I’m usually trying a new restaurant, staying active, travelling, or finding somewhere new to explore. I’ve always been curious about design, architecture, cities, and the way people live, which is probably part of why I’ve stayed interested in real estate for so long.
